Favorite scripture and why: “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” -Hebrews 13:5 In this scripture God says that he will always be there for you and he will never leave us. This scripture always cheers me up because I know I will never be alone, regardless of my situation.

Favorite part of Core Team: P.A.W.!! Just kidding. Well sort of. It’s the feeling I get when I’m with the youth and the reactions I get when I do what I do. Just knowing I’ve touched one person while being a part of core team is what makes me feel like I’ve invested my time in the right things.

What does your faith mean to you: It is something that can continuously grow and can’t be taken away from me. It is something that I hold very close to me and that I want to spread to others.

Most influential person in your faith: My sponsor Joyce Mendez. AND all the youth and adults who have helped me on my ongoing journey to Christ.

If you could ask God one question, what would it be: When is Jesus coming back?

If you could leave a message to the high school students after you, what would it be: Never let go of your faith. If you don’t have it yet, find it quick.
